Practice Guidelines
- Daily Structure: Each day includes three exercises—one reclining, one sitting or standing, and one moving.
- Timing: Perform exercises in morning, afternoon, and evening if possible.
- Separation of Exercises: Allow time in between exercises to absorb their effects.
- Breathing Exercises: One breathing technique is included daily.
- Rituals: Avoid performing multiple major rituals on the same day.
- Record-Keeping: Keep a journal tracking dreams, changes in perception, and unusual occurrences.
- Expectations: Increased intuition, energy awareness, and synchronicities will manifest over time.
